Since 1989, CSC Industries has been synonymous with innovation and quality in metalworking. Our journey began when a big player in the world of self storage introduced the self-storage concept to Europe in 1995 and was looking for a reliable partner in Brussels to install storage units. They chose us – and with that, the foundation was laid for our specialization in self-storage.
In the early years, we installed products imported from the United States. We quickly realized there was significant room for improvement in terms of quality, reliability, and installation speed. In 1998, we brought the best installation manager from the U.S. to Belgium – with more than 20 years of experience – to work with us on developing the ultimate self-storage system. The result was the CSC Premium System, launched in 2000: high-quality steel, robust structures, and fast, flawless installation.
Despite challenging years during the 2008–2010 financial crisis, CSC rebounded in 2015 with new shareholders and a renewed focus on top quality and reliability. This allowed us to reclaim our leading position in the market.
At the end of 2022, responding to requests from property developers, we launched UnderStore – a modular storage system of metal storage units and garage boxes for underground parking garages. UnderStore offers a sustainable, flexible, and budget-friendly alternative to traditional construction methods, ideal for both new developments and renovations.
With UnderStore, we help developers and investors transform unused parking spaces or commercial areas into private storage or rentable self-storage units. In doing so, we address the growing shortage of storage space in urban areas and create new revenue streams for our clients.
