Each box is custom-built according to the building plan and the developer’s specifications.

The interior walls are made from galvanized steel panels. These thin walls take up little space, maximizing the available floor area. The front sections, including the roll-up door, can be produced in various colors, giving the project a distinctive look.

Installation & maintenance

The garage boxes are installed only at the end of the construction process, allowing the space to be used during the building phase for material storage or as extra workspace. Since no masonry work is required, the concrete floor remains intact. Maintenance is minimal: cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient.
