The storage units are constructed from galvanized steel panels with a high-gloss white coating. The reflective surfaces maximize light output, meaning that only energy-efficient LED corridor lighting with motion sensors is required – lighting inside the unit itself is unnecessary. The central panel is scratch-resistant thanks to a flexible PVC film.
Each unit is custom-built according to the building plan, matching the available space and the project requirements. Access doors are available as swing doors or roll-up doors in an accent color, equipped with a cylinder lock compatible with the apartment key system.

The storage units are installed only at the end of the construction process, allowing the basement space to be used during the building phase for material storage or as additional workspace. Since no masonry work is required, the concrete floor remains intact. Maintenance of the storage units is minimal: cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient.
